Aldaraia

Privacy

This page covers the website. The app will have its own policy, built on the same idea: your record is yours, encrypted on your phone.

What we collect

Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, your answers to the survey, whether you’d like a founders’ license or a call, the wording of the consent you ticked and when, and a referral tag if the link you followed had one.

What we don’t collect

No analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks. Fonts and scripts are served from this site, so no other company sees your visit. The planetary-hours tool runs entirely in your browser. If you share your location with it, the location never leaves your browser; the city you pick is saved in your browser’s own storage and nowhere else.

How it’s used

To email you about Aldaraia’s beta and launch, and to decide what to build first. Survey answers are only ever reported in totals. Nothing is sold or shared. Every email will carry a one-click unsubscribe link.

Where it’s kept

In a database on Amazon Web Services in the United States (Ohio), encrypted at rest. The server code doesn’t log what you submit.

Delete your data

Enter your email and it’s removed from the waitlist straight away.

Founders’ license terms

  • What you buy. A lifetime license to Aldaraia’s paid tier, for $99 USD once. It’s tied to the email you pay with and unlocked in the app at launch.
  • What’s included. Every paid feature for as long as Aldaraia is offered, with 60 cloud-transcribed entries a month. Entries transcribed on the phone, or through your own AI key, are unlimited.
  • Refunds. Full refund on request at any time before launch, and for 14 days after it. If Aldaraia isn’t available in the App Store by 30 June 2027, every founder is refunded automatically.
  • If Aldaraia ever closes. At least 90 days’ notice. Export to Markdown and JSON is always free, so your record stays yours.
  • Payment. Handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
  • Limit. The first 1,000 founders. Later the lifetime license is $179 in the app.
  • Seller. Triskelion Enterprises, 10685-B Hazelhurst Dr. #39787, Houston, TX 77043, USA.
